Beautiful tone of huge dynamic depth and projection. Violin: Guarneri del Gesu model. Based on the Ysae Guarneri del gesu 1740. Two piece back of deep and broad flame Bosnian maple. Viola: Gasparo da Salo c. 1580 model L.O.B. 398mm. Beautiful one-piece slab back. Viola: Otto Erdesz Cutaway model viola. L.O.B. 425 mm./ 16 7/8". This viola has a very open and responsive tone, and great projection. It is a copy of a viola owned by the great violist Rivka Golani.
